(5) Push the brake pedals to the stops 5 times.

(6) Look for leaks at the parking brake module.

(7) Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag and close this circuit breaker: (a) P6 Main Power Distribution Panel 1) 6L18 PARK BRAKE

(8) Do a test of the parking brake module. (a) Set the parking brake. (b) Make sure the EICAS message PARKING BRAKE SET shows on the EICAS display. (c) Make sure that the red manual override lever on the parking brake module is in POS 1.
(d) (e) (f) Release the parking brake.Make sure the EICAS message PARKING BRAKE SET does not show on the EICAS display.Make sure that the PARKING BRAKE DISAGREE and ANTISKID OFF indications do not show on EICAS.
(g) Make sure that the red manual override lever on the parking brake module is in POS 2.

(12) Do this task: "Removal of the Door Locks from the Wing Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).

PARKING BRAKE VALVE MOTOR - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General

A. This procedure contains two tasks:
(1)
The removal of the motor for the parking brake valve (referred to as the motor)
(2)
The installation of the motor.
B.
It is not necessary to remove the parking brake module or the parking brake valve to remove the motor. The motor is installed on the parking brake module. The parking brake module is installed on the keel beam in the wheel well for the right body landing gear.
