 C. Prepare for the Removal
 S 494-002
 WARNING: YOU MUST CAREFULLY DO THE STEPS IN THE TASKS BELOW TO INSTALL
_______ THE DOOR LOCKS ON THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
 (1)  
Do this task: "Installation of the Door Locks on the Wing Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).

 (2)  
Do this task: "Installation of the Door Locks on the Body Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).

 (3)  
Make sure that chocks are installed at all wheels.

 S 864-082

 (4)  
Remove the pressure from hydraulic system No. 4 and the reservoir (AMM 29-11-00/201).

 (5)  
Release the parking brake.

 (6)
Release the hydraulic fluid from the brake accumulator as follows:

 (a)  
Push on the brake pedals fully 10 times.

 (b)  
Make sure the HYD BRAKE PRESS gage, on the captain's instrument panel, P1, does not show a decrease the last time the brake pedals are operated.

 (7)  
Open these circuit breakers and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:

 (a)  
P180, DC Power Distribution Panel
 1) 180J7, ANTI-SKID 1-3

 disconnect the connector support bracket from the valve.
