(4) S 432-005Close the drain valves.
(5) S 092-006Remove the locks for the reservoir depressurization valves.
(6) S 432-007Close the depressurization valves.
(7) S 032-008Disconnect the pressure, case drain, and supply lines from the engine-driven pumps (EDP) for the A and B hydraulic systems. Do this at the self-seal disconnects.
(8) S 492-145Connect the pressure line of the test bench to the part of the case drain line that goes away fom the EDP.
(9) S 492-146Install a drain hose to drain the hydraulic fluid from the supply lines, of the system A and B EDP, into a container.

Connect the return line of the test bench to a supply of new hydraulic fluid.

1) PTU/LG BYPASS VALVE CONTROL 1
2) PTU/LG BYPASS VALVE CONTROL 2
3) STBY HYD PUMP NORMAL
4) STBY HYD PUMP (ALT)

(14) Make sure these switches on the P5 panel are in the OFF position:
(a)
HYD PUMPS A and B (4 places)
(b)
FLT CONTROL A and B
(c)
ALTERNATE FLAPS
(d)
SPOILER A and B
(e)
YAW DAMPER
G. Flush the Case Drain Lines

CAUTION:_______DO NOT OPERATE THE TEST BENCH AT MORE THAN 100 PSI. IF YOU OPERATE THE TEST BENCH AT MORE THAN 100 PSI, THE RETURN SYSTEM CAN BE DAMAGED.
(1)
Operate the hydraulic test bench at approximately 75 psi. Do this until approximately 2 gallons of hydraulic fluid comes out of the supply line into the container.

Release the pressure from the test bench.

Disconnect the pressure line of the test bench from the case drain line of the system B EDP.
