 C.  Procedure
 S 432-014
 (1)  Install these parts in the pressurization module if they are not installed:
 (a)  
The orifice assembly: 1) Lubricate the threads, the O-rings, and the backup ring with assembly lube or hydraulic fluid. 2) Put the O-rings and the backup ring on the orifice assembly.

 3)  Install the orifice assembly on the pressurization module but do not tighten it.

 (b)  
The plug in the test port: 1) Lubricate the threads, and the O-ring with assembly lube or

 hydraulic fluid. 2) Install the O-ring on the test plug. 3) Install the test plug in the pressurization module.

 (c)  
The reducers in the pneumatic supply port: 1) Lubricate the threads, and the O-ring with assembly lube or


 hydraulic fluid. 2) Install the O-rings on the reducers.
 NOTE: Use new O-ring for reducers with MOD "1" marking on
____ the identification plate.
 3) Install the reducers in the pressurization module.

 (2)  
Attach the pressurization module to the airplane with the mounting bolts, washers, and nuts.

 (3)  
Remove the caps from the tubes and the pneumatic supply lines.

 (4)  For pressurization modules without the tee assemblies connect the tube to the orifice assembly:
 (a)  
Adjust the orifice assembly until you can connect the tube.

 (b)  
Tighten the orfice assembly.

 (5)  For pressurization modules with tees connect the tees to the orifice assembly but do not tighten them.
 (a)  
Align the tees and the orifice assembly until the tubes are not stressed.

 (b)  
Tighten the tees and the orifice assembly.

 (6)  
Connect the pneumatic supply lines to the pressurization module.

 (7)  
Remove the DO-NOT-USE tag from the connector for the ground pneumatic air.

Do the leak check for the pressurization module.

Remove the source of pressure from the pneumatic system.

 (1)  
Do the steps to prepare for maintenance of the pressurization module.

 S 142-025

 (2)  
Remove the sealant that is around the filter cap with a wooden or plastic scraper.

 S 022-026

 (3)  
Remove the filter cap, the filter element, and the sleeve from the pressurization module.
