Release pressure from system A and B reservoirs (Ref 29-09-00/201).

Disconnect the hydraulic lines at the fill selector.

Drain hydraulic fluid into a container.

Clean all hydraulic fluid from the installation area if it is necessary (Ref 12-40-00/201).

Install plugs to the hydraulic lines.

Remove the check valve, unions and O-rings from the fill selector ports.
(7)
Discard the O-rings.
(8)
Remove the fasteners.
(9)
Remove the fill selector valve.

Install the fill selector valve to the structure with the fasteners.

Apply assembly lube or hydraulic fluid to the O-rings and the threads of the fittings.

(3)
Install the check valve, unions and O-rings in the ports of the fill selector valve.
(4)
Install the tubing to the check valve and unions.
(5)
Pressurize the hydraulic reservoirs (Ref 29-09-00/201).
(6)
Do the servicing of the hydraulic reservoirs (Ref 12-12-00/301).
(7)
Examine the fill selector valve for leaks.
