OK - Do a check of the aileron PCU control rod ends and linkages and the autopilot actuator control rod ends for damage. IF -

OK - Do a check of the aileron PCU main control valve. Replace the PCU if there is unusual friction in the main control valve (AMM 27-11-71/401). 

NOT OK - Replace the bearings and the pressure seal if there is unusual friction (AMM 27-11-91/401).
NOT OK - Replace any parts that are worn, bent or broken (AMM 27-11-101/ 401).
