(1)
Install the spoiler shutoff valve:
(a)
Apply the hydraulic fluid or the assembly lubricant to the five O-rings and the backup rings.
(b)
Install the five O-rings and the backup rings on the shutoff valve.
(c)
Put the shutoff valve in the hole in the modular package housing.
(d)
Install the four bolts.
(e)
Tighten the bolts to 30-40 pound-inches.

Open these circuit breakers and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
(a)
P6-2 Panel
1) SHUTOFF VALVES - SPOILER
(2)
Disconnect the electrical connector from the valve motor (Fig. 401).
(3)
Put the manual override lever on the valve motor to POSITION 2.

Remove the four screws that attach the valve motor to the shutoff valve.
(b)
Remove the valve motor from the shutoff valve.
