D. Install the Flight Controls Hydraulic Modular Package

Remove the protective caps from the seven ports of the modular package.

Lubricate all the O-rings with hydraulic fluid or assembly
lubricant.

Install the O-ring in port 3 of the modular package.

Install the check valve in port 3 with the flow arrow pointed away from the modular package.

Install the O-rings and unions in the other six ports of the modular package.

Remove the protective caps from the hydraulic tubing.

Install the modular package (Fig. 401):
(a)
Install the modular package on its mounting bracket.

Install the four mounting bolts.
(c)
Connect the hydraulic tubing to the modular package.

Connect the electrical connectors to the valve motors and the low pressure warning switch.
