Do a check of the aileron body quadrant (Fig. 601):
(a)
Remove the parts to be examined.
(b)
Measure the dimensions of these parts.
(c)
Compare the part dimensions to the limit dimensions.
(d)
If the part dimension is out of tolerance, replace the part.
(e)
Install all the parts removed to do the inspection.

AILERON/RUDDER TRIM CONTROL MODULE - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. This procedure contains the tasks that are necessary to remove and install the aileron and rudder trim control module and the trim control switches. The trim control switches include the two aileron trim switches and the rudder trim switch. The procedure has these tasks:
(1)
The removal of the trim control module
(2)
The installation of the trim control module
(3)
The removal of the trim control switches
(4)
The installation of the trim control switches
(5)
The removal of the rudder trim indicator.
(6)
The installation of the rudder trim indicator
(7)
A test of the trim control switches
(8)
A check of the rudder trim knob and lightplate.
