Repair the Power Control Unit Linkage

 (1)  
Do this task: "Aileron Power Control Unit Linkage Removal" (AMM 27-11-14/401).

 S 968-001

 (2)  
Replace the sheared bolts:

 WARNING: DO NOT MAKE THE BOLT HOLES LARGER THAN IT IS NECESSARY.
_______ IF THE BOLT HOLES ARE TOO LARGE, INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT CAN OCCUR.
 (a)  
Remove the sheared parts of the bolts from the holes (Fig. 801).

 (b)  
Install the new bolts.

 (c)  
Do a check of the aluminum foil marker.

 (d)  
Replace the aluminum foil marker if it is damaged or missing.
