R  The procedure is as follows: 
R  - select '<LRU IDENT' on the DMU Menu, 
R  - the DMU LRU Identification Page comes on. 

R  In line # 3 the aircraft identification, the date and the time is 
R  presented. 
R  In line # 5 the DMU part number is presented. 

R  (4) Class 3 Faults 
R  (Ref. Fig. 079A) 
R  The operator may get Class 3 Fault information from the AIDS. 
R  The procedure is as follows: 
R  - select '<CLASS 3 FAULTS' on the DMU Menu, 
R  - the DMU Class III Faults Page comes on. 

R  The class 3 faults from the previous 64 flights including the present 
R  flight are displayed. If more than 4 faults have occured, scrolling 
R  will display the rest of the faults. 

R  (5) DMU Test Functions The operator may initiate test functions via the 
R  MCDU. 
R  (a) Result Power Up Test

R  The procedure is as follows: 
R  - select 'TEST>' on the DMU Menu, 
R  - select '<RESULT POWER UP TEST' on the DMU Test Menu, 
R  - the DMU POR BIT Result Page displays the message 'ALL PASSED' 
R  or the registered failure during initialisation of AIDS DMU.

R  The CFDS creates an actual POR BIT Test. The actual results are 
R  displayed on the MCDU. The message 'ALL PASSED' or the actual 
R  failures are displayed.
