(8) List of Stored SAR Data
(Ref. Fig. 073)
The list of stored SAR data shows the available SAR channels. After
selection of the requested SAR channel the list of the SAR files
calls-up. In addition this menu allows to initiate a dump of the
selected channel and shows the allocated memory size of the SSMM.
Access:
- Set AIDS on the MCDU main menu
- Set STORED SAR DATA on the AIDS menu.
Selection:
R - Push the right line select key adjacent to the related SAR channel
R indication to dump all SAR files of this channel.
R - Push the left line select key adjacent to the related SAR channel
R indication to call-up the list of the SAR files.
R - To dump SAR files separately in the list of the SAR files push the
R left line select key adjacent to the related SAR file indication.
Display:
Below the SELECT CHANNEL DUMP indication the available SAR channels
are listed.
Each listed SAR channel contains:
- Title (or message CHANNEL NOT ASSIGNED)

-SAR channel number and
-Memory size indication.
If a SAR channel dump is selected, the color of the selected SAR
channel indication changes into green and the message SAR x DUMP IN
PROGRESS shows on the scratchpad while the dump procedure. If a SAR
file menu is called-up the list of all stored SAR files of the
selected SAR channel shows.
Each SAR file indication contains:
-Flight leg
-Trigger code
-Date when the SAR file is triggered
-UTC when the SAR file is triggered and
-File size of the memory.
If the file is downloaded the DMP indication shows behind the file
size indication.
If a SAR file dump is selected, the message FILE DUMP IN PROGRESS
shows on the scratchpad while the download procedure.
