R  Via the CFDS system the operator may get BITE informations from the AIDS. 
R  The procedure is as follows: 
R  - select '<CFDS' on the MCDU Main Menu, 
R  - select '<SYSTEM REPORT / TEST' on the CFDS Menu, 
R  - select 'INST>' on the System Report Test Menu, 
R  - select 'DMU>' on the System Report Test Inst Menu, 
R  - the DMU Test Menu comes on.

R  The DMU Menu allows the operator to enter into various BITE submenus. 
R  Activating the 2L key will call up the class 2 faults from the present 
R  flight. 
R  Activating the 3L key will call up the previous legs class 2 faults from 
R  the last 64 flights. 
R  Activating the 4L key will call up the LRU Identification page. 
R  Activating the 5L key will call up the previous legs class 3 faults, from 
R  the last 64 flights including the present flight. 
R  Activating the 5R key will call up the test option. 
R 
R  (1) Display the Last Leg Faults

R  The operator may get Last Leg Fault information from the AIDS. 
R  The procedure is as follows: 
R  - select the '<LAST LEG REPORT' on the DMU Menu, 
R  - the DMU Previous Leg Report Page comes on.

R  The class 2 faults from the present flight are displayed. If more 
R  than 4 faults have occured, the next page arrow is set. Then a second 
R  page of faults is available by activating the NEXT PAGE key.
