The date when the failure occurred
-
The time when the failure occurred
-
The failure type
-
The failure class
-
The count of failure occurrence
-
The failure message
-
The port number
-
The bus name
-
The equipment code

-
The ATA reference of the failure
-
The FIN of the component
-
The failure message.
If you push the LSK adjacent to the failure the display shows the
trouble shooting data for the failure.
The display shows a maximum of two failures at a time. If there more
failures, push the next page key on the MCDU keyboard. If there are
no failures, the display shows the message NO FAULT DETECTED.
(7) <TEST (Ref. Fig. 082) If you push the '<TEST' LSK the display shows:
-<AIDS TEST
-<FDIMU BATTERY TEST.
(a) <AIDS TEST If you push the '<AIDS TEST' LSK the FDIMU initiates a complete BITE procedure. If the test is longer than 1 second, the display shows TEST IN PROGRSS xxS (x= approximate maximum waiting time in seconds). If the system has no failures the display shows TEST OK. If faults are detected, the test result menu shows the faulty LRU with:
-
The ATA reference of the failure
-
The FIN of the component
-
The class of the failure
-
The failure message.
If you push the LSK adjacent to the failure class the display
shows the trouble shooting data for the failure.
(b) <FDIMU BATTERY TEST If you push the '<FDIMU DMU BATTERY TEST' LSK the FDIMU initiate a battery test which does not interfere with the normal FDIMU operation. If the test is longer than 1 second, the screen shows the TEST IN PROGRSS xS (x= approximate maximum waiting time in seconds). If the system has no failures the display shows BATTERIES OK. If faults are detected, the test result menu shows the faulty LRU with:
-
The ATA reference of the failure
-
The FIN of the component
-
The class of the failure
-
The failure message.
If you push the LSK adjacent to the failure class the display
shows the trouble shooting data for the failure.
