(a) Install a tag to the STB cable for easy installation.
SUBTASK 27-41-41-020-010
(11) Remove the forward control mechanism [43]:
(a) Remove the nut [7], washer [6], washer [5], bushing [4], washer [3], and bolt [2] to
disconnect the lower turnbuckle [1] from the brackets.
(b) Remove the nut [34], washer [33], bushing [32], washer [31], and bolt [30] to disconnect the
upper turnbuckle [35] from the bracket.
(c) Hold the forward control mechanism [43].
(d) Remove nuts [29], washers [28], bushings [27], washers [26], and bolts [25] from the
forward support link [37].
(e) Remove the nut [16], washer [15], bushing [14], and bolt [13] from the aft support link [22].
(f) Remove the nut [20], washer [19], bushing [18], and bolt [17] from the aft support link [22].
(g) Remove the forward control mechanism [43] from the airplane.
