Adopcion y enmienda de 10s Anexos Upummue Ii'punontce~uuu nonpaeo~K HUM
a) La adopci6n por el Consejo de 10s Anexos previstos en
el pirrafo I ) del Articulo 54, requerird el voto de dos terc,ios del
Consejo en sesi6n convocada a ese fin; luego serin sometidos
por el Consejo a cada Estado contratante. Todo Anexo o
enmienda a uno de ellos, surtir6 efecto a 10s tres meses de ser
transmitido a 10s Estados contratantes o a la expiraci6n de un
period0 mayor que prescriba el Consejo, a menos que en el
interin la mayoria de 10s Estados contratantes registren en el
Consejo su desaprobaci6n.
