Provisidn y mantenimiento de instalaciones
y servicios por el Consejo
Si un Estado contratante asi lo solicits, el Consejo puede
convenir en proveer, dotar de personal, mantener y administrar
en su totalidad o en parte 10s aeropuertos y otras instalaciones
y servicios para la navegaci6n akrea, incluso 10s servicios de
radio y meteoroldgicos requeridos en su territorio para el
funcionamiento seguro, regular, eficaz y econ6mico de 10s
servicios aCreos internacionales de 10s demis Estados contratantes
y podra fijar derechos justos y razonables por el uso de
las instalaciones y servicios proporcionados.

E.rpendirurc. and r~.s.sr,s.sn~m?rf funds
Within the limit of the funds which may be made available
to it by the Assembly under Chapter XII, the Council may
make current expenditures for the purposes of this Chapter
from the general funds of the Organization. The Council shall
asscss the capital funds required for the purposes of this
Chapter in previously agreed proportions over a reasonable
period of time to the contracting States consenting thereto
whose airlines use the facilities. The Council may also assess
to States that consent any working funds that are required.
Article 74
Dkpenses et rkpartition des fonds
Dans la limite des fonds qui peuvent Ctre mis a sa disposition
par I'AssemblCe en vertu du Chapitre XII, le Conseil
peut pourvoir aux dCpenses courantes aux fins du prCsent
chapitre en prClevant sur les fonds gCnCraux de I'Organisation.
Le Conseil fixe les contributions au capital requis aux fins du
prCsent chapitre, selon des proportions prCalablement convenues
pour une pkriode de temps raisonnable, entre les tats
contractants qui y consentent et dont les entreprises de transport
akrien utilisent les installations et services en cause. Le
Conseil peut Cgalement fixer les contributions des tats qui y
consentent ii tous fonds de roulement nCcessaires.

When the Council. at the request of a contracting State,
advances funds or provides airports or other facilities in whole
or in part. the arrangement may provide. with the consent of
that State. for technical assistance in the supervision and
operation of the airports and other facilities, and for the
payment. from the revenues derived from the operation of the
airports and other facilities, of the operating expenses of the
airports and theother facilities, and of interest and amortization
