 (3)  S 422-032To install a new lamp, put the lamp into the rear of the lens module. (a) Make sure the part number of the lamp is 387.
 (4)  S 432-021To install the lens module, do these steps: (a) Put the link pin into the rear of the groove on the bail plate and pull the link pin to the other end of the groove. (b) Push the lens module into the switch module.
 NOTE:____ Put the side that has the word "TOP" in the up position.
 (5)  S 862-023Supply the electrical power (Ref 24-22-00/201).
 (6)  S 862-024Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers: (a) P6 Main Power Distribution Panel 1) 6E21, FLT DK LIGHTS PANEL GLARESHIELD 2) 6F19, FLT DK LIGHT PILOT MISC IND 1 3) 6F20, FLT DK LIGHT PILOT MISC IND 2 4) 6L1, FLT DK LIGHT STBY INST (b) P7 Overhead Circuit Breaker Panel 1) 7D7, FLT CONT CMPTR SERVO L 2) 7D12, FLT CONT CMPTR SERVO C 3) 7D14, FLT CONT CMPTR SERVO R 4) 7E9, MCP L 5) 7E18, MCP R
 (7)  S 742-025Do this task:  Ground Test - Mode Control Panel (Ref 22-10-00/501).
 (8)  S 862-026Remove the electrical power if it is not necessary (Ref 24-22-00/201).

 AUTOPILOT DISENGAGE SWITCH - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

 1.  General_______
 A.  This procedure contains two tasks. The first task is for the removal of the autopilot disengage switch. The second task is for the installation of the autopilot disengage switch.
 B.  You can find the two autopilot disengage switches (S282 and S283) on each outboard horn of the pilots' control wheel. The switch is a single-action, multiple pole, pushbutton type. A switch plate holds the switch in position on the control wheel.

 2.  Remove The Autopilot Disengage Switch (Fig. 401)_____________________________________

 (1)  Insertion and Extraction Tool (Commercailly Available)
 B.  Standard Tools and Equipment
 (1)  Threading Wire - 30-inch length of standard wire (No. 18 to 22 gage), without insulation if possible.

 4) 7D13, FLT CONT CMPTR PWR C
 5) 7D14, FLT CONT CMPTR SERVO R
