Electrical Power On (AMM 24-22-00/201).
(b)
Bus Control Unit (BCU), serviceable (AMM 24-23-01/401).
(c)
Control Display Unit (CDU), serviceable (AMM 34-61-02/401).
(d)
IRUs must be in the NAV mode (AMM 34-21-00/201).
(e)
Central Maintenance Computer (CMC), serviceable (AMM 45-10-00/501).
(f)
Flight Control Computer (FCC), serviceable (AMM 22-11-01/401).
(g)
Flight Management Computer (FMC), serviceable (AMM 34-61-00/501).
(h)
Flap Control Unit (FCU), serviceable (AMM 27-51-51/401).
(i)
Air Data Computer (ADC), serviceable (AMM 34-12-01/401).
E. Prepare for the Test

(1)
Supply electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).

Align the left, center and right IRUs in the NAV mode
(AMM 34-21-00/201).

(3)
Prepare the CDU for the test:
(a)
Push the MENU key on the CDU to show the MENU.
(b)
Push the line select key (LSK) that is adjacent to <CMC to show the CMC MENU.
(c)
If <RETURN shows after you push the LSK, push the LSK that is adjacent to <RETURN until you see the CMC MENU.
(d)
Push the LSK that is adjacent to <GROUND TESTS to show the GROUND TESTS menu.
(e)
Push the LSK that is adjacent to <22 AUTOPILOT FLT DIR to show the GROUND TESTS menu for the autopilot flight director system.
(f)
Push the NEXT PAGE key until you find <AUTOLAND UNIQUE.
NOTE: If INHIBITED shows above <AUTOLAND UNIQUE, the test will

not operate.
(g) If INHIBITED shows above <AUTOLAND UNIQUE: 1) Push the LSK that is adjacent to the test prompt.

F. Autoland Unique Ground Test

(1) Push the LSK that is adjacent to <AUTOLAND UNIQUE.
(a)
When the TEST PRECONDITIONS page shows, make sure each instruction on the page is completed. (Push the NEXT PAGE key to see subsequent pages.)
(b)
Push the LSK that is adjacent to START TEST>.
(c)
Continue with the instructions shown on the CDU to complete the test.
