_______ THE DOOR LOCKS ON THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(1) Do this task: "Install the Door Locks on the Wing and Body Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).

Make sure the ground lockpins, for the landing gear, are installed (AMM 09-11-00/201).

Put the FLT CONTROL HYD POWER WING 1 switch to the SHUTOFF position. The switches are found on the Pilots Overhead Maintenace Panel (P461).

(1) Clean the surface of the valve with a clean rag.

(2) Do these steps to remove the valve:
(a)
Remove the lockwire (AMM 20-11-28/401).
(b)
Hold the valve and remove the mounting bolts and washers.
(c)
Remove the valve from the LAS.
(d)
A gasket plate is installed between the valve and the LAS. Make sure you remove the gasket plate when you remove the valve.
(e)
Remove the O-ring from the valve (AMM 20-11-19/401).
(f)
Put covers on the valve openings to prevent contamination.
