 PASSENGER OXYGEN AND YAW DAMPER PANEL - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

 1.  General________
 A.  This procedure contains two tasks. The first task is for the removal of the passenger oxygen and yaw damper panel. The second task is for the installation of the passenger oxygen and yaw damper panel.
 B.  You can find the passenger oxygen and yaw damper panel (M7315) on the Pilots' Overhead Panel (P5).
 C.  Four 1/4-turn fasteners hold the passenger oxygen and yaw damper panel in the position. Three electrical connectors attach the electrical cables to the rear of the passenger oxygen and yaw damper panel.

 (1) Open these circuit breakers and attach the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
 (a)  
P7 Overhead Circuit Breaker Panel
 1) 7C09 UPR YAW DAMPER
 2) 7C18 LWR YAW DAMPER
 3) 7D04 OXYGEN VALVE AND INDICATOR

 (b)  
P6 Main Power Distribution Panel
 1) 6D19 PB SW LT P5 or

 

 OVHD & P7 PNL LTS 2) 6E24 FLT DK LIGHTS PANEL OVHD P7 3) 6F19 FLT DK LIGHT PILOT MISC IND 1

Hold the passenger oxygen and yaw damper panel and loosen the four quick-release fasteners.

Pull the passenger oxygen and yaw damper panel out of the Pilots' Overhead Panel (P5).

Disconnect the electrical connectors on the rear of the passenger oxygen and yaw damper panel.

Connect the electrical connectors to the rear of the passenger oxygen and yaw damper panel.

Put the passenger oxygen and yaw damper panel in its position on the Pilots' Overhead panel (P5).

 (3)  Tighten the four quick-release fasteners on the front of the passenger oxygen and yaw damper panel.

 (1) Close these circuit breakers and remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
