 (1)  Make sure that these circuit breakers are open and DO-NOT-CLOSE tags are attached:
 (a)  
P6, Main Power Distribution Panel
 1) 6J24, ELEV/RUD SENSOR
 2) 6J25, RUD/ELEV IND


 (b)  
P7, Overhead Circuit Breaker Panel
 1) 7D7, FLT CONT CMPTR SERVO L
 2) 7D8, FLT CONT CMPTR PWR L
 3) 7D12, FLT CONT CMPTR SERVO C
 4) 7D13, FLT CONT CMPTR PWR C
 5) 7D14, FLT CONT CMPTR SERVO R

 (2)  Make sure that you remove the access panels 324EL, 324FL, and 324FR (optional)(AMM 06-09-07/201).
 D. Override Mechanism Installation
 S 432-051
 (1)  Remove the bonded-bolt assembly from the override mechanism.
 (a)  Keep one of the large washers and one small washer on the end of the bonded-bolt assembly.

Hold the override mechanism in its position.

 (3)  
Install the bonded-bolt assembly.

 (4)  
Install the large washer and nut, small washer and nut on the bonded-bolt assembly.


 CAUTION: DO NOT TIGHTEN THE LARGE NUT AGAIN AFTER YOU TIGHTEN
_______ THE SMALL NUT. DAMAGE TO THE BONDED-BOLT ASSEMBLY CAN OCCUR.
 (a)  Tighten the large nut to 60-80 pound-inches and the small nut to 30-40 pound-inches.

 (5)  Connect the control rod to the override mechanism cam with the bonded-bolt assembly.
 CAUTION: DO NOT TIGHTEN THE LARGE NUT AGAIN AFTER YOU TIGHTEN
_______ THE SMALL NUT. DAMAGE TO THE BONDED-BOLT ASSEMBLY CAN OCCUR.
 (a)  Tighten the large nut to 60-80 pound-inches and the small nut to 30-40 pound-inches.

 (6)  Connect the clevis to the output crank of the override mechanism with the bonded-bolt assembly.
 CAUTION: DO NOT TIGHTEN THE LARGE NUT AGAIN AFTER YOU TIGHTEN
_______ THE SMALL NUT. DAMAGE TO THE BONDED-BOLT ASSEMBLY CAN OCCUR.
 (a)  Tighten the large nut to 60-80 pound-inches and the small nut to 30-40 pound-inches.
