AF (k) Put the gain of the test set antenna in the 1030_ and 1090_

AF (m) Use the SLEW keys to change the values.
AF (n) Use the SELECT keys to change the items.
AF (o) Use the SELECT keys to select the antenna which you must test.
AF I. ATC No. 2 Mode A Test
AF (1) Push the RUN/STOP key on the test set.
AF (a) Make sure the test set shows NO REPLY on the ATCRBS REPLY TEST
AF display.
AF (2) Set the transponder select switch on the ATC control panel to the
AF 2 position.
AF CAUTION: DO NOT USE CODES 3100, 7500, 7600, or 7700. THESE ARE_______
AF CODES USED ONLY IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS.

AF (3) In sequence, set the code select switch on the ATC control panel to
AF 0002, 2220 and 6777.
AF (a) Make sure the code is shown in the CODE field on the test set.
AF (b) Make sure that for each code, the test set shows a PASSED
AF indication on the ATCRBS REPLY TEST display.
AF (4) Push and release the identification switch on the ATC control panel.
AF (a) Make sure the test set shows ID in the CODE field for 15 to
AF 30 seconds.
AF (5) In sequence, set the code select switch on the test set to 3333 and
AF 4444.
AF (a) Make sure that for each code, the test set shows PASSED on the
AF ATCRBS REPLY TEST display.
AF (6) Press the RUN/STOP key on the test set.
AF J. ATC No. 2 Altitude Reporting Test (Mode C)
AF (1) Set the altitude reporting switch on the ATC control panel to ON
AF position.
AF (2) Connect the air data test set to the static system.
AF (3) Set the F/O's altimeter to 29.92 in Hg.
AF (4) ATCRBS reply test.
AF (a) Apply static pressure with the air data test set to get the
AF altitudes specified in Table 2 in the ALT field of the ATC test
AF set.
AF (b) Push the RUN/STOP key on the test set.
AF (c) Make sure the F/O's altimeter shows the correct altitude,
AF |100 ft.
AF (d) Make sure the test set shows that same altitude (ALT field) as
AF the F/O's altimeter.

AF (5) Set the altitude reporting switch on the ATC control panel to the
AF OFF position.
AF (a) Make sure the test set does not receive the altitude data.
AF (6) Set the altitude reporting switch on the ATC control panel to the ON
AF position and selector to STBY.
AF (7) Push the RUN/STOP key on the test set.
AF (8) Turn off test set power.
AF K. Restore Airplane to Normal
AF (1) Close ATC 1 circuit breaker on P7 panel.
AF (2) Turn off electrical airplane electrical power if no longer required.

AF CAUTION:_______IF AN ANTENNA COVER HAS BEEN INSTALLED, DO NOT FORGET TO
AF REMOVE IT FROM AIRPLANES.

2. Remove ATC Control Module
_________________________
A. Open ATC 1 and ATC 2 circuit breakers on panel P7.
B. Loosen fasteners on control module, pull out module, and disconnect electrical connectors.
3. Install ATC Control Module
