C. Procedure
(1)
Open these circuit breakers and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
(a) P7 Overhead Circuit Breaker Panel
1) WEA RDR R/T 1
2) WEA RDR R/T 2
(2)
PASSENGER AIRPLANES; Get access to the R/T mount blower on the E5 rack in the right crawlway forward of the main electronic equipment center.
(3)
FREIGHTER AIRPALNES; Get access to the R/T mount blower below the compartment floor.
(a)
Release the five fasteners that hold the right cargo floor panel.
(b)
Remove the right cargo floor panel.
(c)
Release the eight fasteners that hold the center floor panel.
(d)
Remove the center cargo floor panel.
(4)
Do this task to remove the No. 1 or No. 2 WXR R/T from the R/T mount: Weather Radar Receiver/Transmitter Removal (AMM 34-43-02/401).
(5)
Remove the blower assembly from the No. 1 or the No. 2 R/T mount:
(a)
Disconnect the electrical connector from the blower assembly.
(b)
Remove the four screws that attach the blower assembly to the R/T mount.
(c)
Carefully remove the blower assembly from the R/T mount.
(d)
Put dust caps on the two electrical connectors.

Freighter Main Deck-Nose to First Door,Left
C. Procedure
(1)
Make sure these circuit breakers are open with DO-NOT-CLOSE tags attached:
(a) P7 Overhead Circuit Breaker Panel
1) WEA RDR R/T 1
2) WEA RDR R/T 2
(2)
Remove the cover from the electrical connector sections and waveguide section on connector DB138 or DB140.
(3)
Remove the dust cap from the feeder waveguide.
(4)
Install the blower assembly on the left or the right R/T mount:
(a)
Put the blower assembly on the R/T mount.
(b)
Attach the blower assembly to the R/T mount with the four screws.
(c)
Connect the electrical connector to the blower assembly.
(5)
Make sure the waveguide screws and lock washers are correctly installed on the R/T mount.
(6)
Make sure the electrical connector and wires on the ground terminal of the R/T mount are correctly installed.
(7)
Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers:
(a) P7 Overhead Circuit Breaker Panel
1) WEA RDR R/T 1
2) WEA RDR R/T 2
