AF NOTE:____This check may be performed either on an outside open area
AF clear of ground equipment, by displacing the ramp tester
AF around the plane, or inside docks with the help of the TCAS
AF antenna coupler, without moving the ramp tester.

AF (a) Initial settings.
AF 1) Set flaps up.
AF 2) Place airplane in simulated in-air condition.
AF 3) Set radioaltitude above 2500 ft.
AF 4) Set ADC 1 to 11000 ft as read on altimeters.
AF 5) Set both IVSI to 4 NM range.
AF 6) Position the TCAS ramp test set antenna or antenna coupler
AF at 0. relative bearing to the aircraft.
AF 7) Set the test set to simulate an intruder aircraft with the
AF following parameters:
AF a) intruder type: mode S
AF b) range: 2 NM
AF c) range rate: 0 Kts
AF d) altitude: 11000 ft
AF e) altitude rate: 0 ft/mn
AF 8) Check the intruder symbol bearing on each IVSI does not
AF differ by more than 15. for each of the following test set
AF bearing relative to the checked antenna:

AF Bearing: 0., 30., 60., 90., 120., 150., 180., 210., 240.,
AF 270., 300., 330..
AF 9) Repeat this test for each upper and lower antenna.
AF 10) Stop the test set.
AF (11) Verify RA inhibition for intruder without altitude.
