With the engines not rotating, as confirmed on the N1 indicators on the P2 panel (zero RPM); verify on the PMS CDU that the N1 display for each engine indicates dashes (---).

 (5)
To simulate N1 RPM it is necessary to operate the engines.

NOTE: Before operating the engines refer to 71-00-00, and
____ observe all necessary precautions while operating the engines.
 (6)
Operate engine 1 at idle (or above idle) RPM. Verify that the PMS CDU display of N1 for engine 1 corresponds to the N1 indicator reading for engine N1. Shut down engine.

 (7)
Repeat steps (6) and (7) for engines 2, 3 and 4.

 (8)
Press CDU CLEAR key.

 (9) If the PMS is no longer required, restore airplane to normal. AJ. Pneumatic Air Conditioning System Interface.
 (1)
If required prepare for test as described in paragraph D.

 (2)
Press PERF DATA key on the PMS CDU. Push the CDU slew switch as required to advance the display to PERF DATA.....2/4 page. The left part of data line 3 indicates the air conditioning pack status for each pack as follows:

 'PKS X X X'
 (1) (2) (3)
The right part of data line 3 indicates the wing isolation valve position status for the left and for the right wings as follows:
 'ISOL  X X'
 (LEFT) (RIGHT)

(The ISOLATION VALVES switches are located on the air conditioning module, on the P4 panel). With both the left and right wing isolation valves closed, verify that the right part of data line 3 on the CDU display indicates as follows:
 'ISOL '
NOTE:____ Allow 15 seconds after switch opertaion before confirming display.
 (5)  Open the left and the right wing isolation valves in succession by operating the ISOLATION VALVES switches on the P4 panel. Verify that the display changes as follows:
