Do not operate hydraulic system B or the standby hydraulic system (placard controls) if the No. 2 tank is empty.

If the hydraulic exchangers are not below the top level of the fuel, the system becomes too hot.

WARNING: IF A FUEL LEAKAGE OCCURS DURING REFUELING, DO NOT DO THE APU
_______ SHUTDOWN PROCEDURE. SUDDEN SHUTDOWN OF THE APU WHILE IT IS ON CAN CAUSE A PRESSURE SURGE OF BURNING GASES OUT OF THE APU. THE BURNING GASES CAN CAUSE A FIRE OR EXPLOSION.
(8) If the APU is used for refueling, do the steps that follow:
(a)
Make sure the APU is started and is running before the refuel equipment is attached.
(b)
Remove the refuel equipment before the APU shutdown procedure.
