29) Look to see these indications: a) The caution message DOOR NOSE CARGO is shown on EICAS. b) After 60 seconds the status message DOOR NOSE CARGO
shows on EICAS. 30) Release the SYSTEM POWER and DOOR CONTROL switches. 31) Close the C1407 Nose Cargo Door Control circuit breaker. 32) Erase the status message DOOR NOSE CARGO. 33) Look to see these indications:
a) The caution message DOOR NOSE CARGO is not shown on EICAS. b) After 60 seconds the status message DOOR NOSE CARGO does not show on EICAS.
(q) Do this test of the Nose Cargo Door EICAS message air/ground logic. 1) Energize the EXTERNAL 2 switch on the P5 panel to the ON
position. 2) Put the airplane in the AIR mode (AMM 32-09-02/201). 3) Hold the SYSTEM POWER switch in the ON position. 4) Look to see the white POWER ON light stays off. 5) Release the SYSTEM POWER switch. 6) Hold the DOOR CONTROL switch to the OPEN position for more
than 60 seconds. 7) Look to see these indications: a) The caution message DOOR NOSE CARGO is not shown on EICAS. b) After 60 seconds the status message DOOR NOSE CARGO
shows on EICAS. 8) Release the DOOR CONTROL switch. 9) Erase the status message DOOR NOSE CARGO. 10) After 60 seconds the status message DOOR NOSE CARGO does
not show on EICAS.
11) Hold the SYSTEM POWER switch in the ON position and the DOOR CONTROL switch in the OPEN position for more than 60 seconds.
12) Look to see these indications: a) The caution message DOOR NOSE CARGO is shown on EICAS. b) After 60 seconds the status message DOOR NOSE CARGO
shows on EICAS. 13) Release the SYSTEM POWER and DOOR CONTROL switches. 14) Erase the status message DOOR NOSE CARGO. 15) Look to see these indications:
a) The caution message DOOR NOSE CARGO is not shown on EICAS. b) After 60 seconds the status message DOOR NOSE CARGO does not show on EICAS.
CAUTION: DO NOT USE MORE THAN 8FT-LBS OR TORQUE.

16) Use a dial indicator torque wrench to turn the manual drive of latch actuator 5L a minimum of 30 turns in the RETRACT direction.

17) Look to see these indications: a) The green 5L LATCHED light on the Nose Cargo Door Latch Annunciator panel goes off, and the amber NOT LCHD light comes on. b) The caution message DOOR NOSE CARGO is not shown on EICAS. c) After 60 seconds the status message DOOR NOSE CARGO shows on EICAS.
CAUTION: DO NOT USE MORE THAN 8FT-LBS OR TORQUE.

18) Use a dial indicator torque wrench to turn the manual drive of latch actuator 6L a minimum of 30 turns in the RETRACT direction.
19) Look to see these indications: a) The green 6L LATCHED light on the Nose Cargo Door Latch Annnunciator panel goes off and the amber NOT LCHD light comes on. b) The caution message DOOR NOSE CARGO is shown on EICAS. c) After 60 seconds the status message DOOR NOSE CARGO shows on EICAS.
CAUTION: DO NOT USE MORE THAN 8FT-LBS OR TORQUE.

20) Use a dial indicator torque wrench to crank the manual drive of the two latch actuators 5L and 6L in the EXTEND direction until each latch pin is again in the fully latched position. a) Make sure the green 5L and 6L latched lights on the Nose Cargo Door Latch Annunciator panel come on and the amber NOT LCHD lights go off.
21) Erase the status message DOOR NOSE CARGO.
22) After 60 seconds the status message DOOR NOSE CARGO does not show on EICAS.
