CABLE. IF YOU USE BLOCKS AND A C-CLAMP, THE CABLE CAN MOVE
QUICKLY AND CAUSE INJURIES TO PERSONS, OR DAMAGE TO THE
EQUIPMENT.

Use a safety pin or a restraining tool to keep the balance mechanism cable in its position in the spring tube (AMM 52-36-02/401).

Remove the cargo net (AMM 25-55-01/401).

Close the bulk cargo door.

Open the bulk cargo door sufficiently to release the tension in the balance mechanism cable.

Disconnect the balance mechanism cable from the bulk cargo door (AMM 52-36-02/401).

Close the bulk cargo door.

(8)
Remove the insulation retainer studs as it is necessary from the bulk cargo door.
