c) After 60 seconds the status message DOOR NOSE CARGO
shows on EICAS.
3) Release the plunger on the left Door Closed switch.
4) Look to see that the green left CLOSED light on the Nose Cargo Door Closed Annunciator panel goes off and the amber left NOT CLSD light comes on when the switch plunger is released.
5) Erase the status message DOOR NOSE CARGO.
6) After 60 seconds the status message DOOR NOSE CARGO does not show on EICAS.
7) Push the plunger on the right Door Closed switch for more than 60 seconds.
8) Look to see these indications: a) The green right CLOSED light on the Nose Cargo Door Closed Annunciator panel comes on and the amber NOT CLSD light goes off when the switch plunger is pushed. b) The caution message DOOR NOSE CARGO stays shown on EICAS. c) After 60 seconds the status message DOOR NOSE CARGO shows on EICAS.
9) Release the plunger on the right Door Closed switch.
10) Look to see that the green right CLOSED light on the Nose Cargo Door Closed Annunciator panel goes off and the amber right NOT CLSD light comes on when the switch plunger is released.
11) Erase the status message DOOR NOSE CARGO.
12) After 60 seconds the status message DOOR NOSE CARGO does not show on EICAS.
13) Hold the SYSTEM POWER switch in the ON position and the DOOR CONTROL switch in the CLOSE position until the door is closed and latched and the green LATCHES CLOSED light on the Nose Cargo Door Control panel comes on, then release the two switches.
14) Look to see these indications as the door is operating: a) The white POWER ON light comes on when the SYSTEM POWER switch is held in the on position.

b) The blue DOOR UP light on the Nose Cargo Door Control panel goes off as the door starts to move away from the full open position.
c) Two green CLOSED lights on the Nose Cargo Door Closed Annunciator panel come on, and two amber NOT CLSD lights go off as the door is pulled in flush with the fuselage by the push-pull cam.
d) Sixteen green LATCHED lights on the Nose Cargo Door Latch Annunciator panel come on, and 16 amber NOT LCHD lights go off as each latch pin extends to the latched position.
e) The green LATCHES CLOSED light on the Nose Cargo Door Control panel comes on as all latch pins extend to the latched position.
f) The white POWER ON light goes off when the SYSTEM POWER switch is released.
g) The caution message DOOR NOSE CARGO stays shown on EICAS.
h) After 60 seconds the status message DOOR NOSE CARGO does not show on EICAS.
15) Momentarily hold the SYSTEM POWER switch in the OFF/LOCK TEST position.
NOTE: This engages the electrical lock.

a) Make sure that the green LOCK-OUT ENGAGED light on the Nose Cargo Door Control panel comes on when the SYSTEM POWER switch is held in the OFF/LOCK TEST position.
b) Make sure that the green LOCK-OUT ENGAGED light goes off when the SYSTEM POWER switch is released.
16) Look to see these indications after the door is closed, latched, and locked: a) Sixteen green LATCHED lights on the Nose Cargo Door
Latch Annunciator panel are on and 16 amber NOT LCHD lights are off.
