9) Put washers on the roller stops.
NOTE: The washers change the location of the roller

a) Add 0.018 inch to the dimension you measured between the roller stop and the roller.

b) Get washers that are as thick as this sum.
c) Install the washers on the roller stop. 10) Install the roller stops. 11) Put the lockwire on the bolt in the roller stop.

Attach the G52015 tool to the door.

Do the complete test of the stabilizer jackscrew access door again.

Remove the access door for the stabilizer jackscrew (Ref 52-48-01/401).

Measure the fits of the hinge pins and the hinge arms.
(a)
Measure the parts at the locations shown in figure 601.
(b)
Compare the measured dimensions to the wear limits in figure
601.
(c)
If a part is not in tolerance, replace the part if you cannot repair it.

(3) Install the access door for the stabilizer jackscrew (Ref 52-49-05/401).
