Procedure
S 014-002
(1)
Open the door.
(a)
Turn the internal or external operating handle to the OPEN position.
(b)
Move the door along the track until it is in the detent.

(2)
Remove the door.
(a)
Remove the sections of the tracks that are corners (Detail A).
(b)
Identify the sections of the track with tags.
(c)
Move the door in the direction of the opening until the rollers come off the track.

Examine the door seal for damage.

Repair the seal if it is necessary (Ref 52-09-00/801).

Install the door.
(a)
Make sure the latch pins are retracted.
(b)
Put the door on the tracks.
(c)
Move the door up the tracks until it is in the detent.
(d)
Install the sections of the track that are corners.
NOTE: These sections have tags on them that identify
____ their correct location.
1) Attach the track to the structure with the screws.
2) See that one section of the track aligns with the other sections of the track. a) Make sure the track sections align in 0.01 inch or
less. b) Make sure the clearance between adjacent sections is
0.03 inch or less.
