Open these circuit breakers and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:

Disconnect the electrical connector from the applicable isolation valve:

DV108 VALVE-WING ISOLATION L

 (b)  
DV109 VALVE-WING ISOLATION R

 If you must remove the left wing isolation valve, remove the pack No. 1 water separator to get access to the valve (AMM 21-51-05/201).

 Disconnect the bonding jumper from the valve.

 Remove the isolation valve.

 Remove the seals from the duct flanges.

 Examine the seals for damage.

 D. Procedure
 S 434-016
 (1)
Remove the duct covers.

 S 434-017

 (2)
Install the seals in the duct flanges.

 (3)
Put the isolation valve in its position between the duct flanges.


 NOTE: Make sure that the flow arrow points aft for the left
____ wing isolation valve, and inboard for the right wing isolation valve.

Install the couplings on each side of the valve.

 (5)
Tighten the couplings to 65-85 pound-inches (7-10 N.m).

 (6)
Connect the bonding jumper to the valve (AMM 20-22-01/601).

Make sure that the resistance between the ground stud on the valve and the aircraft frame (through the bonding jumper) is less than 0.0025 ohms.

Do a visual check of the applicable wing isolation valve and electrical connections for the correct installation and condition.

 Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers:
