INTERMEDIATE PRESSURE CHECK VALVE - INSPECTION/CHECK

1. General_______
A. This procedure contains a task to inspect the intermediate pressure check valve. The inspection will show if a valve failure occurred in the open or closed position. It is not necessary to remove the valve to do this task.
B. It is necessary to open the left thrust reverser half to get access for this task.

WARNING: DO THE DEACTIVATION PROCEDURE FOR THE THRUST REVERSER TO
_______ PREVENT THE OPERATION OF THE THRUST REVERSER. ACCIDENTAL OPERATION OF THE THRUST REVERSER CAN CAUSE INJURIES TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(2) Do the deactivation procedure for the thrust reverser for ground maintenance (AMM 78-31-00/201).

WARNING: OBEY THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE PROCEDURE TO OPEN THE THRUST
_______ REVERSERS. IF YOU DO NOT OBEY THE INSTRUCTIONS WHEN YOU OPEN THE THRUST REVERSERS, INJURIES TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT CAN OCCUR.
(3) Open the applicable left thrust reverser half (AMM 78-31-00/201).

(4) Put the applicable FUEL CONTROL switch to the CUTOFF position and attach a DO NOT OPERATE tag to the switch.

(5) For the applicable engine, Open these circuit breakers and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
(a) P6 Main Power Distribution Panel
1) 6L10 ENG 1 FUEL CONT VLV
2) 6F01 IGN 1 ENG 1
3) 6K19 IGN 2 ENG 1
4) 6L11 ENG 2 FUEL CONT VLV
5) 6F02 IGN 1 ENG 2
6) 6K20 IGN 2 ENG 2
7) 6L12 ENG 3 FUEL CONT VLV
8) 6F03 IGN 1 ENG 3
9) 6K21 IGN 2 ENG 3
10) 6L13 ENG 4 FUEL CONT VLV
11) 6F04 IGN 1 ENG 4
12) 6K22 IGN 2 ENG 4

(6) For the applicable engine, Open these circuit breakers and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
