Remove the fittings from the high pressure controller (4). 1) Remove the unions (9). 2) Discard the O-rings (10).

Install the High Pressure Controller

Do the steps that follow if you must install a new high pressure controller (4):
(a)
Install the fittings on the high pressure controller. 1) Apply the lubricant to the O-rings (10). 2) Apply anti-seize compound to the threads of the unions (9). 3) Install an O-ring on each union. 4) Install the unions in the high pressure controller.

(2) S 424-013Use the three mounting bolts (6), and the washers (7) to install the high pressure controller (4) on the engine.
(3) S 434-014Use the bolt (8),the washer (12) and the nut (11) to connect the bonding jumper (3) to the ground strap (Ref 20-11-15/401).
(4) S 764-015Make sure the resistance between the bolt (8) and the ground strap of the high pressure controller is less than 0.005 ohms (Ref 20-22-01/601).
(5) S 644-039Apply anti-seize compound to the threads of the unions (9).
(6) S 434-016Remove the protective caps from the tubes.
(7) S 034-035Connect the high pressure tube (2) to the applicable union (9) on the high pressure controller (4).
(8) S 034-036Connect the signal pressure tube (2) to the applicable union (9) on the high pressure controller (4).
(9) S 864-017Put the applicable ENGINE BLEED switch to the ON position.
