3. Engine Bleed, Wing Leading Edge and Body Crossover Duct Audible Leakage Check
_____________________________________________________________________________
A. General
(1) This procedure examines the general condition and duct joint leakage of pneumatic ducts in the engine compartment, wing leading edge, air conditioning bay and wheel well. Access to the ducts are required to do the audible and visual inspections. A ground air source is required to do the leakage check.
B. Standard Tools and Equipment
(1) Ground air source that can provide clean air at a regulated pressure of 140 pounds/min and 45 psig. Connection must mate with a 3-inch diameter pneumatic ground service fitting.
