Apply anti-seize compound to the threaded fittings (12, 16, 18).
(c)
Install the jamnut (13) and the O-ring (14) on the elbow (12).
(d)
Install the elbow (12) in the regulated pressure port. 1) Do not tighten the jamnut.
(e)
Install the O-ring (17) on the reducer (16).
(f)
Install the reducer (16) in the supply pressure port.
(g)
Install the swivel elbow (15) on the reducer.
1) Do not tighten.
(h)
Install the O-ring (14) on the union (18).
(i)
Install the union (18) in the actuator pressure port.
(j)
Install the swivel elbow (15) on the union.
1) Do not tighten.

Use the four mounting bolts (6) and the washers (7) to install the pressure controller (5) on the engine.

Close the AIR SUPPLY CONT circuit breaker on the Main Power Distribution Panel, P6, for the applicable engine:

6H34 AIR SUPPLY CONT 3 PWR
(d)
6H35 AIR SUPPLY CONT 4 PWR

(12) Cycle the applicable bleed switch on the P5 panel, "OFF" and "ON", and leave it in the "ON" position.
NOTE: When the bleed switch is cycled, listen and feel for solenoid
____ operation in the pressure controller (where the electrical connector connects to the pressure controller).

_______ DRIVE. THE PRV CAN OPEN SUDDENLY WHEN YOU TURN THE MANUAL OVERRIDE DRIVE. THE MANUAL OVERRIDE DRIVE CAN PULL THE WRENCH OUT OF YOUR HANDS IF YOU DO NOT USE A RATCHET-DRIVE WRENCH. IF YOU USE A SHORT WRENCH, LEAKAGE FROM THE PRV COUPLINGS CAN CAUSE INJURIES TO PERSONS.
(16) While you motor the engine, turn the PRV manual override drive to the OPEN position (AMM 36-11-19/201). The PRV will stay in the OPEN position.
