D. Install the PRV
S 424-068
(1) Do these steps to install the band clamp on the valve actuator:
NOTE: The PRV may need to be changed using the Hamilton Sundstrand
____ Service Bulletin HS-SB 36-183. The Hamilton Sundstrand service bulletin changes the insulation cover and the heat shield because of the new wire routing.
(a)
Put the band clamp in its position on the actuator.
(b)
Tighten the band clamp 30 to 40 inch-pounds
(3.39 to 4.52 newton meters).
(c)
Install a lockwire on the band clamp (AMM 20-11-28/401).

Apply lubricant to the O-ring (4).

Install the O-ring (4) on the union (3).

Apply anti-seize compound to the threads of the union (3) and the elbow (2).

Remove the protective covers from the open ducts.

If you cannot easily install the PRV because it is too tight, loosen one of the duct sections on either side of the PRV (AMM 36-11-01/401).

Loosely install the couplings (7).

Connect the actuator pressure tube to the elbow (2) on the PRV.
