Examine the position indicator on the actuator housing.
(a)
If the position indicator is not in the OPEN position, turn the manual drive until it is in the OPEN position.

Disconnect the electrical connector from the isolation valve:
(a)
DV108 VALVE - WING ISOLATION L
(b)
DV109 VALVE - WING ISOLATION R

Put caps on the open end of the electrical connector.

Put the electrical connector in a safe position.

Put the receptacle on the actuator.

Remove electrical power if it is not necessary (Ref 24-22-00/201).

Supply electrical power (Ref 24-22-00/201).

(3) S 862-014Make sure the applicable circuit breaker is open: (a) Main Power Distribution Panel, P6 1) 6H20 L ISO VLV AIR SUPPLY PWR 2) 6H24 R ISO VLV AIR SUPPLY PWR
(4) S 862-015Make sure the wing ISLN switch, on the P5 Overhead Panel, is in the OPEN position.
(5) S 032-022Remove the caps from the electrical connector.
(6) S 012-021Remove the receptacle from the valve actuator.
(7) S 432-017Connect the electrical connector to the isolation valve: (a) DV108 VALVE - WING ISOLATION L (b) DV109 VALVE - WING ISOLATION R
(8) S 862-018Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag and close the applicable circuit breaker: (a) Main Power Distribution Panel, P6 1) 6H20 L ISO VLV AIR SUPPLY PWR 2) 6H24 R ISO VLV AIR SUPPLY PWR
(9) S 862-019Remove electrical power if it is not necessary (Ref 24-22-00/201).
