 (j)  Slowly increase the supply pressure to 80 psig.
 NOTE: Adjust the regulator as necessary to maintain the supply____
 pressure at 80 psig throughout this test.
 (k)  Increase the regulated pressure to 25 psig.
 (l)  Continue to increase the regulated pressure in 1 psig
 increments and monitor the reference pressure.
 (m)  Make sure the reference pressure goes to between 34-46 psig at
 or before the regulated pressure reaches 36 psig.
 1) If the reference pressure is not within the limits listed
 above, then replace the PRSOV (AMM 36-11-04/401).

 (n)  
Increase the regulated pressure to 40 psig.

 (o)  
Make sure the reference pressure goes to between 25-35 psig.

 1)  If the reference pressure is not within the limits listed above, then replace the PRSOV (AMM 36-11-04/401).

 (p)  
Increase the regulated pressure to 60 psig.

 (q)  
Make sure the reference pressure goes to between 0-5 psig.

 1)  If the reference pressure is not within the limits listed above, then replace the PRSOV (AMM 36-11-04/401).

 (r)  
Decrease the regulated pressure and supply pressure to zero.

 (4)  
Test the PRSOV PRH and PRL pressure switch operation.

 (a)  
Display the input monitoring page on the CMC by selecting the following: 1) MENU 2) OTHER FUNCTIONS (Page 2 of the CMC menu) 3) INPUT MONITORING

 (b)  
Type in the following depending on the engine number being tested. 1) For engine 1 type in: E/40/351/10 2) For engine 2 type in: E/40/351/01 3) For engine 3 type in: E/40/351/11 4) For engine 4 type in: E/40/351/00

 (c)  
Make sure there is zero supply and regulated pressure.

 (d)  
Make sure bit 21 (PRL switch) and bit 20 (PRH switch) are 1.


 1)  If bit 21 or bit 20 are not 1 remove the electrical connector from the PRSOV and do a check for continuity between pins 10 and 11 (PRL) and 8 and 9 (PRH) on the PRSOV (WDM 36-11-11, WDM 36-11-12, WDM 36-11-13, WDM 36-11-14).
 2)  If there is not continuity, replace the PRSOV (AMM 36-11-04/401).
 3)  If there is continuity, repair the wiring between the PRSOV and the ASCTU (WDM 36-11-11, WDM 36-11-12, WDM 36-11-13, WDM 36-11-14).
 (e)  Increase the regulated pressure to 10 psig. After 10 psig, increase pressure slowly (1 psig/second) until bit 21 changes to 0.

 (f)  Make sure bit 21 changes from 1 to 0 in the range of 15-25 psig. 1) If bit 21 does not change from 1 to 0 in this range remove
 the electrical connector from the PRSOV and do a check for continuity between pins 10 and 11 on the PRSOV. (WDM 36-11-11, WDM 36-11-12, WDM 36-11-13, WDM 36-11-14).
 2)  If there is continuity, replace the PRSOV (AMM 36-11-04/401).
 3)  If there is not continuity, repair the wiring between the PRSOV and the ASCTU (WDM 36-11-11, WDM 36-11-12, WDM 36-11-13, WDM 36-11-14).
 (g)  
Increase regulated pressure to 45 psig.

 (h)  
Continue to slowly increase the regulated pressure until bit 20 changes to 0.

 (i)  
Make sure bit 20 changes from 1 to 0 in the range of 50-70 psig. 1) If bit 20 does not change from 1 to 0 in this range remove


 the electrical connector from the PRSOV and do a check for continuity between pins 8 and 9 on the PRSOV (WDM 36-11-11, WDM 36-11-12, WDM 36-11-13, WDM 36-11-14).
 2)  If there is continuity, replace the PRSOV (AMM 36-11-04/401).
 3)  If there is not continuity, repair the wiring between the PRSOV and the ASCTU (WDM 36-11-11, WDM 36-11-12, WDM 36-11-13, WDM 36-11-14).
