APU ISOLATION VALVE - MAINTENANCE PRACTICES

1. General
_______
A. This procedure contains two tasks. The first task deactivates the APU isolation valve. The second task activates the APU isolation valve.
B. The APU isolation valve for the APU bleed air is installed in the wheel well for the left main landing gear. It is in the upper outboard aft corner. You can get access to the valve thru the left wheel well of the main landing gear.
C. To deactivate the APU isolation valve, you must put the valve in the CLOSED position and disconnect the electrical connector.

(2) Install the ground locks in all the landing gear (AMM 09-11-00/201).
