Make sure that the new duct section and the adjacent duct sections do not contain unwanted objects.

If it is applicable, lubricate the seals and/or the seal mounting surfaces for the seals that follow:
(a)
Apply the lubricant to all of the seal surfaces and to the inner surface of the sleeve for the seals that follow: 1) BA3656-600MK11 2) DJ-60 3) 7540077 4) 7540616 5) 7541578
(b)
Lubricate only the grooves of the duct flange seal to install seals BA3656-600.
NOTE: Do not lubricate the seal or the seal surfaces.
