5) Connect one end of the regulated pressure (yellow) hose to the regulated pressure port of the test box and the other end to the 90 degree fitting in the temperature port.
6) Increase the supply pressure to 20 psig. 7) Slowly increase the regulated pressure to 15 psig. 8) Make sure the FAMV is fully closed.
a) Make sure the FAMV is fully closed by visually
inspecting the butterfly inside the FAMV.
b) If the FAMV is not closed, replace the FAMV
(AMM 36-12-04/401).
9) Decrease the regulated pressure to zero. 10) Decrease the supply pressure to zero.

Remove the fittings and replace the connections.
NOTE: Make sure the anti-seize compound is applied to all

(b) Visually inspect the pneumatic lines and fittings to and from the FAMV. 1) If loose or damaged, repair or replace are necessary.

Do these steps to do the system leak check:
(a)
Pressurize the pneumatic system using a ground cart, the APU or pneumatic air to 40 psig (AMM 36-00-00/201).
(b)
Manually wrench open the PRSOV (AMM 36-11-04/201).
(c)
Manually wrench open the PRV (AMM 36-11-19/201).
NOTE: You must manually wrench open the PRSOV and PRV to
____
permit air to the HPSOV.
(d)
Do a leak check of all units tested in this health check with a soap solution.
(e)
Put the BLEED switches on the P5 panel to the OFF position.
(f)
Make sure the OFF lights come on. 1) If the OFF lights are not on, select cowl thermal anti-ice on and make sure the OFF light comes on.
2) If the OFF light does not come on after selecting cowl thermal anti-ice, replace the PRSOV (AMM 36-11-04/201).
(g)
Depressurize the pneumatic system (AMM 36-00-00/201).
