WARNING:_______ MAKE SURE THAT PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT ARE CLEAR OF THE LE AND TE
FLAPS AND FLAP DRIVE MECHANISMS BEFORE YOU MOVE THE FLAP
CONTROL LEVER. WITH THE HYDRAULIC POWER REMOVED, THE FLAPS
WILL MOVE AUTOMATICALLY BY ELECTRICAL POWER WHEN YOU MOVE THE
FLAP CONTROL LEVER.

Extend the leading edge flaps to the 5 position with the alternate extension/retraction system (AMM 27-81-00/201).

Put the flap control handle in the 5 position.

Install a caution tag on the ALTN FLAPS ARM switch: "Caution - Do not put this switch in the off position".

NOTE: A small quantity of leakage is permitted from the
____ joints. There must not be a high concentration of leakage from the joints. A high concentration of airflow can be felt by the hand from a distance of 12 inches from the leakage source.

Crossover manifold upstream of the air-conditioning pack flow control and shutoff valves (pack valves)

Crossover manifold downstream of the pack valves up to the APU check valve.
