Decrease the regulated pressure until bits 20, 21 change from 0 to 1.

Make sure bit 20 changes to 1 at 50-70 psig.
1) If not replace the PRSOV (AMM 36-11-04/401).

Make sure bit 21 changes back to 1 at 15-25 psig.
1) If not, replace the PRSOV (AMM 36-11-04/401).
(n)
Decrease the regulated pressure to zero.

Put the Airplane Back to Its Usual Condition.
(a)
Remove the fittings and replace the connections.
NOTE: Make sure the anti-seize compound is applied to all

(b) Visually inspect all pneumatic lines and fittings to and from the PRSOV. 1) If loose or damaged, replace as necessary.
K. Fan Air Modulating Valve (FAMV) test (Figure 505)

(1) Do these steps to get access to the FAMV on right side of engine:
WARNING: DO THE DEACTIVATION PROCEDURE FOR THE THRUST REVERSER TO
_______ PREVENT THE OPERATION OF THE THRUST REVERSER. ACCIDENTAL OPERATION OF THE THRUST REVERSER CAN CAUSE INJURIES TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(a)
Do the deactivation procedure for the thrust reverser for ground maintenance (AMM 78-31-00/201).
(b)
Open the right fan cowl panel (414/424/434/444) on the associated engine (No. 1/2/3/4) (AMM 71-11-04/201).
(c)
Open the right core cowl panel (418/428/438/448) on the associated engine (No. 1/2/3/4) (AMM 71-11-06/201).
WARNING: OBEY THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE PROCEDURE TO OPEN THE THRUST
_______ REVERSERS. IF YOU DO NOT OBEY THE INSTRUCTIONS, INJURIES TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT CAN OCCUR.
(d) Open the right thrust reverser (416/426/436/446) on the associated engine (No. 1/2/3/4) (AMM 78-31-00/201).

Make sure the FAMV is fully open.
(a)
Make sure the FAMV is open by visually inspecting the butterfly on the the FAMV.
(b)
If the FAMV is closed, replace the FAMV (AMM 36-12-04/401).
(c)
Make sure the FAMV shows OPEN on the ECS maintenance page.
(d)
If the FAMV is open but does not indicate OPEN on the ECS maintenance page then troubleshoot the position switch and/or wiring.
