Put the insulation blanket from the aft side of the duct between the engine and the duct.

Connect each end of the insulation blanket until one end touches the support rod bracket for the precooler inlet duct.

Install the safety wire between each pair of buttons (AMM 20-11-28/401).

PNEUMATIC DUCT INSULATION - APPROVED REPAIRS

1. General_______
A. This procedure contains a task to repair the pneumatic duct insulation. The pneumatic duct insulation is found in the aft cargo compartment behind the sidewall linings. There are no pneumatic duct insulation in the wing leading edge ducts or on pneumatic ducts in the air conditioning bay or wheel well.
