(f) Decrease the supply pressure to zero.

Put the Airplane Back to Its Usual Condition.
(a)
Remove the fittings and replace the connections.
NOTE: Make sure the anti-seize compound is applied to all
____ the male threads before connecting the pneumatic control/supply lines.
(b)
Visually inspect all pneumatic lines and fittings to and from the PRV and PRV controller. 1) If loose or damaged, repair or replace as necessary.

Pressure Regulating Shutoff Valve (PRSOV) test (Figure 504)

(1)
Open the Midlower Strut (Forward) Access Door (452DL, 462DL, 472DL, 482DL) to find the PRSOV.

Make sure the PRSOV is closed.
(a)
Make sure the PRSOV is closed by visually inspecting the position switch.
(b)
If the PRSOV is open, replace the valve (AMM 36-11-04/401)
(c)
Make sure the PRSOV shows CLOSED on the ECS maintenance page.
(d)
If the PRSOV is closed, but does not indicate CLOSED on the ECS maintenance page, troubleshoot the position switch and/or wiring.

Test the PRSOV operation.
(a)
Remove the air filter and spring from the PRSOV. (AMM 36-11-04/301)
(b)
Put a very small amount of lubricant on the O-ring on the PRSOV/FATS filter fitting.

(c) Install the PRSOV/FATS filter fitting to the air filter port of
the PRSOV.
(d) Disconnect the downstream pressure sense tube from the PRSOV
and install the 90 degree fitting to the PRSOV.
(e) Connect one end of the supply pressure (red) hose to the supply
port of the test box and the other end to the PRSOV/FATS filter
fitting at the air filter port.
(f) Connect one end of the regulated pressure (yellow) hose to the
regulated pressure port of the test box and the other end to
the 90 degree fitting on the downstream sense port.
(g) Make sure the engine bleed switch located on the overhead panel
is in the ON position.
(h) Slowly increase supply pressure from the test box to 15 psig.
(i) Make sure the PRSOV fully opens by 15 psig.
1) Make sure the PRSOV is open by visually inspecting the
position switch.
2) If the valve is not fully open, replace the PRSOV.

3) Make sure the PRSOV shows an OPEN on the ECS maintenance
page.
4) If the valve is open but does not indicate OPEN on the ECS
maintenance page, troubleshoot the position switch and/or
