Standard Tools and Equipment
(1)
Ground air source that can provide clean air at a regulated pressure of 140 pounds/min and 45 psig. Connection must mate with a 3-inch diameter pneumatic ground service fitting.
(2)
Flowmeter - Must pass a flow of 400 cubic feet per minute at 45 psig and 70 F without damage. The flowmeter must measure this flow with an accuracy of |5%.
NOTE: A flowmeter is not necessary if the pressure decay procedure

is used.
