(9) S 036-010Disconnect the electrical connector DV7200 from the pressure regulating valve controller.

WARNING: USE A RATCHET WRENCH TO TURN THE PRV MANUAL OVERRIDE DRIVE.
_______ THE PRV COULD OPEN SUDDENLY WHEN YOU TURN THE MANUAL OVERRIDE DRIVE. THE MANUAL OVERRIDE DRIVE COULD PULL THE WRENCH OUT OF YOUR HANDS IF YOU DO NOT USE A RATCHET WRENCH.

Make sure that the PRV is in the open position.
(a)
If the PRV is closed, carefully turn the PRV manual override drive on the applicable engine to the OPEN position.
(b)
Make sure that the PRV stays in the open position.

(15) Do a check for air flow through the intermediate pressure check valve.
NOTE: If there is too much noise, listen to the bleed duct
____ on the forward (upstream) side of the valve with a mechanic's stethoscope.
(a)
If there is air flow through the valve into the engine, a valve failure occurred in the open position. 1) Replace the check valve (AMM 36-11-02/401).
(b)
If there is no air flow through the valve, the valve is in the correct (closed) position.
