 A.  This procedure contains three tasks. The first task removes the APU isolation valve. The second task installs the APU isolation valve. The third task does a visual check of the valve and the electrical connections.
 B.  The APU isolation valve is installed in the wheel well for the left body gear. It is in the upper outboard aft corner. You must open the body gear door to get access to the valve.
 C.  It is necessary to install the ground locks for the landing gear before you remove the APU isolation valve.

 (1)  Supply electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).

 WARNING: YOU MUST CAREFULLY DO THE STEPS IN THE TASK BELOW TO INSTALL
_______ THE DOOR LOCKS ON THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURIES TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
 (2)  
Do this task: "Installation of the Door Locks on the Wing Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).

Do this task: "Installation of the Door Locks on the Body Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).

 WARNING: YOU MUST CAREFULLY INSTALL THE GROUND LOCKS IN ALL LANDING
_______ GEAR. AN ACCIDENTAL RETRACTION OF THE LANDING GEAR CAN CAUSE INJURIES TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
 (4) Install the ground locks in all landing gear (AMM 09-11-00/201).

Open this circuit breaker on the main power distribution panel, P6, and attach a DO-NOT-CLOSE tag:

 (a)  
6H22 APU ISO VLV AIR SUPPLY PWR

If it is necessary, turn the manual override drive on the valve (1) to put the valve in the OPEN position.

 (2)  
Put a minimum of one of the wing ISLN switches on the overhead panel, P5, to the OPEN position.

 (3)  
Release the pressure in the pneumatic system (AMM 36-00-00/201).

 (4)  
Disconnect the electrical connector DV121 (3) from the APU isolation valve (1).

 (5)  
Remove the nut (6), washer (7) and bolt (8).
